STOP HATIN' ON MY DAWG!! (Someone leaving poisoned food for San Francisco dogs)

Someone is leaving poisoned meatballs for San Francisco dogs...
If you're a dog owner in San Francisco, don't let your pet eat anything it finds on the street. Police are asking for the public's help tracking down a horrible, no good excuse for a human being who is dropping poisoned meatballs laced with rat poison in public areas. Hundreds of the tainted meatballs have been found in several neighborhoods, where residents are helpfully collecting them before dogs can eat them. A 7-year-old dachshund named Oskar had a seizure after eating one of the meatballs and remains in a critical but stable condition, though his vets say they're "optimistic" he'll recover. Anyone with information about this cruel crime should contact San Francisco police.

WILL JAMES BOND BE BLACK? SOUNDS INTERESTING...

Speculating as to who will be cast as the next Bond seems to be a constant popular obsession. Even though Daniel Craig has announced no plans to retire, and series producers Eon have stated their own desire to see him beat Roger Moore's record and play the role at least five more times, rumors persist as to who will replace him as 007 - one of whom is Idris Elba, the British actor who broke through with TV's 'The Wire' and 'Luther,' and has since broken through in Hollywood, to be seen next in 'Pacific Rim.'
Interviewed in promotion of Guillermo del Toro's robots-versus-monsters blockbuster, Elba was asked directly about the Bond rumors by the meddia. He seems flattered, but not all that keen.
"It's not something that I actually hope to come to fruition. It would be lovely if it did, but it's a rumor.

"It's actually like the will of a nation type-thing. I'm not a champion of myself to be James Bond, but there are so many people who say, 'Hey, you'd be a great one. We'd love to see that'. That's a great feeling for me. That's such a national treasure for us in England, we love James Bond. To be considered as one of those actors who could play him is great."
Elba was similarly gracious but not especially eager when asked recently about rumours that he might play another notable British icon, Doctor Who, telling the audience in a 'Luther' Q&A that he'd "look silly in a bow tie."
Elba is not the first black actor to be linked with the role; prior to the casting of Daniel Craig, it was widely reported that Colin Salmon was in contention for the role, and it may be that he was passed over more because of his prior connection with the series (having co-starred as MI6 agent Robinson in 'Tomorrow Never Dies,' 'The World is Not Enough' and 'Die Another Day') than any concerns over his ethnicity.
'Skyfall' villain Javier Bardem also told the media recently that he had been offered the role before Craig, which would have made him the first Spanish Bond, but the actor "didn't feel that it was the time for (him) to do something like that."
For Elba, the matter of his ethnicity would surely come second to his own level of fame. After his TV success and his roles in 'Prometheus,' 'Thor' and now 'Pacific Rim,' plus rumours linking him to Marvel superheroes Black Panther and Luke Cage, it seems certain that by the time Craig finally vacates the role (which, again, may not be for some years yet), Elba will already be too big a star - much as was the case with Clive Owen, long speculated to take over from Pierce Brosnan, but too big a name once the opportunity came around. The same will undoubtedly be true of Elba's 'Prometheus' co-star Michael Fassbender, also the subject of much fan-casting as a potential future 007.

'Curse of Chucky' Trailer

In case you were trying to locate fear, it has a new home. (And where fear lives Chucky can't be far behind.) The "Curse of Chucky" is upon us, the latest blood-soaked chapter in the saga of the cute lil’ doll who just happens to be inhabited by the spirit of a serial killer. Without giving too much away, sweet, young, wheelchair-bound Nica gets a mysterious package. Not mysterious enough to really care about, however. Until her mother's mysterious death! Yes, that package was Chucky, and he's going to wreak carnage as only a murderous talking toy can. Once again, Brad Dourif voices the evil Chuckster, so if you loved him in "Seed of Chucky," you'll love him in "Curse of Chucky."

Add 2 Chainz 2 the list of rappers who’ve been caught slipping by real life goons in the San Francisco Bay Area!! (VIDEO)

Hear Lil Blood's Account
Of What Went Down...

The rapper born Tauheed Epps was walking with members of his entourage in downtown San Francisco before a performance in nearby Oakland Sunday afternoon June 9. Three men, one with a firearm, approached the group, police said.

Spokesman Dennis Toomer stated that San Francisco police believed 2 Chainz had not been the victim of the robbery; rather, it had been a member of his entourage (“He was not the victim of a robbery,” he said this morning. “He was there, but he wasn’t the victim.”).
Several hours later, during a follow-up call to SFPD, Toomer said that the information had been correct at the time of the original call, but later in the morning, investigators informed him that the victim was actually 2 Chainz.

Toomer says one shot was fired. Police say the suspected shooter apparently got away in a gray sedan.

Toomer said they were approached by a suspect carrying a handgun, who fired a gunshot. While most of the group scattered, 2 Chainz reportedly fell to the ground and was approached by the suspect, “who robbed him and fled the scene.” the rapper was robbed of his wallet, which contained credit cards and cash money, as well as a cell phone.
Police also confirmed that those involved “are being very uncooperative,” and that the suspect has been neither located nor identified.

Police say  they responded to a shots fired call at 4:36pm and when they arrived at the scene 2 Chainz was there — and alone. 2 Chainz simply told them that he was relieved of his wallet and wanted to handle the situation himself. A San Francisco sergeant says video footage of the incident shows the rapper and his 14-person (not 5-person) entourage running away from the incident “like cockroaches running from a flashlight.”

"He and his crew were walking in the 800 block of Howard (headed to or leaving the Green Door Dispensary) around 4:36pm. They were approached by two Hispanic males; one produced a handgun and a shot was fired. Mr. Epps is saying he was robbed of a wallet, credit cards, US Currency and a cell phone. The suspect is still at large, and the investigation is ongoing. The suspect is 20 to 30 years old, 5 foot 6 inches and about 130 pounds. He was wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans."

But 2 Chainz sounds like he's denying anything went down at all!? As of this afternoon, the rapper is now fanning the rumors on Twitter when he tweeted,

"Rule #1 if a rapper gets robbed people usually post items that has been taken. Rings, chains, watch, money etc."

"Rule #2 if a rapper gets shot he usually go to hospital or dies."

Oh, and lest we forget -- 2 Chainz also added ...

"Rule #3 we definitely got geeked up in San Fran, best smoke in the world. 2 blessed 2 stress."

His comments seem to suggest that he wasn’t held up, but there’s also a sense of ambiguity to his comments. 2 Chainz hasn’t issued any sort of formal statement via his reps… yet. More on this as the parties involved get their stories straight. The 35-year-old rapper may be trying to steer attention away, but San Francisco Police can confirm Epps' name was listed as a victim in the case.

The Atlanta-based rapper  is signed with Def Jam Records and was in the Bay Area to perform at KMEL-FM's annual Summer Jam concert Sunday night at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

Oakland fatal shooting

Watch this video
A surveillance video captured a masked gunman on a rampage in broad daylight on an Oakland, California, street that includes the point-blank execution of a teenage boy cowering on a sidewalk, CNN affiliate KTVU said.
Police are now searching for the gunman who opened fire Sunday on pedestrians, sending them running for their lives into a busy street. One man is struck by a trailer, and his shoe flies into the air, the affiliate said.
The surveillance video shows the teenager putting his hands in the air, but the gunman fires several more shots into the boy point-blank, KTVU said.
CNN has not seen the video in its entirety.
In addition to the teen, who was killed, two others were injured, according to Officer Kevin McDonald with the Oakland Police Department.
He identified the deceased as 17-year-old David Manson Jr., 17. The conditions of the other two victims were not immediately known.
