Oaklands 35th homicide victim (video)

An unidentified young Black male was brutally killed in a hail of bullets at 10:08pm Monday July 18th on the corner of 15th st & Jefferson st in downtown Oakland. No suspects or eye witness accounts have been produced. This brings the total homicides in Oakland CA this year to 35.
